Afternoon Shift
Safe Passage Program
The Safe Passages program part of the Achievement Initiative Foundation’s “Brilliance Collective” supports student safety and wellbeing by ensuring secure travel to and from school, strengthening community connections, and fostering positive school culture through proactive engagement.

The Safe Passages team typically 3 to 6 trained members works collaboratively with schools to communicate effectively, maintain smooth operations, and create a safe and peaceful environment for all students.
Morning Shift
7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Team members arrive by 7:15 a.m. to help students, siblings, and parents travel safely within a one-mile radius of the school. After arrival, additional support is provided to school staff.
Afternoon Shift
2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Team members arrive by 2:15 p.m. and assist with dismissal procedures, ensuring students leave campus safely and in coordination with school administrators.
