Who We Are

AIF “Brilliance Collective”

At the AIF “Brilliance Collective,” we help young men and boys of color recognize their brilliance, strengthen their confidence, and prepare for success in school, work, leadership, and life.

Founded in 2020, AIF partners with schools, families, community organizations, and public agencies to deliver mentoring, youth development, safe-passage support, leadership experiences, and professional learning. Our work responds to the barriers young people face while building on the strengths, talent, culture, and potential they already possess.

We believe lasting progress requires more than a single program. It requires trusted relationships, practical resources, safe and affirming spaces, and adults who are prepared to serve young people with consistency and respect.
